Preliminary Entry Form

You have two options to fill out the form and send it:
1. Print the pdf or the word.doc, fill it out with a pen and send it by fax or by mail to the organiser.
or
2. Open the word.doc, fill it out with your computer and send it as an attachment via email to the organiser.
The organiser preferred the 2nd option.

With sending the Official Entry Form you must transfer the money.
